The Gospel of Jesus Christ

Dear reader, please peruse Home – creation.com for scientific comments on this issue as well as other subjects on creation. There are brilliant conversations in podcasts by members of creation.com. Other sites worth visiting are https://answersingenesis.org/ especially the videos on the flood (Flood theology) and Expedition Bible.

This author has just deleted 51 pages of text that comprised the previous version of this issue entitled “The flood” – even though that effort encompassed years of gathering data on this subject. The quality and standard, with which creation.com presents the latest scientific observations and facts is of such a high standard that this author will not, and cannot, attempt to summarize their work by even quoting or extracting from it. Therefore, as a “meditation” in this case, please peruse creation.com.

This global flood is also referred to as “Noah’s Flood” in reference to the Christian’s reference in Genesis 6-10 (about 2 349 B.C.) in The Bible. Many “modern day” people – even many “Christians” – today scoff at this.  People who in their own minds think they are not indoctrinated (by atheists) and who is possibly “innocently” ignorant and proud beyond what is healthy for a future confrontation with their Maker. Most atheist or agnostic [secular] scientists are clever but sadly irrational when denying and distorting evidence based on observation and real and proper science. This is convincingly exposed on creation.com. It is perhaps wise and prudent to put a hold on foolish and hasty claims that the Bible is just a mythical book of stories that is unscientific and not from our Creator (2 Tim 3:16,17). The Bible actually offers simple, most plausible answers to questions that the secular scientists still face as problematic with their alternative theories. The secular stance really boils down to the crux of this matter, namely a belief system that presupposes that God does not exist and therefore has not created as Christians believe the evidence and observations suggest (Rom 1:16-22; 5:1; Col 1:12-20); and all this sadly in a futile attempt to shun accountability to God. What a tragedy to miss out on being saved and get closer to our almighty God.

If the reader has read [many] a novel, why not be patient enough to read other fascinating possibilities as well?  See the meditation “Evolution” by this author, if you will; but certainly visit creation.com or perhaps www.trueorigin.org and https://answersingenesis.org/ for credible scientific facts and profound points of view. Expedition Bible provides fascinating archaeology confirmation to what are found in the Bible. 

Instead of blindly adhering to the sceptic’s outright denial or distorted version of the flood, why not investigate this from a scientific point of view as in creation.com? They have done a magnificent job of high-quality scientific work in numerous fields. Stimulating and convincing notions will intrigue the mind, such as the ice age that followed the flood (fairly recently!) and that dinosaurs (a modern word that was called dragons in the Bible) went extinct at the end of the [fairly recent] ice age!
